If you are one of those who are having trouble downloading from Scribd, use the following steps:
IF you have a Facebook account, you can link it to Scribd and you should be able to download without registrering. Do NOT download or install anything, if an add say so, just skip it and go to the next page.
If you do NOT have a Facebook account, you can register at Scribd for free to download everything without any hassle at all. The latter is recommended.
In either case, I will upload all books to 4shared as soon as I have updated them to 8th edition, in which case you do not need to register at all.
